With strong Dutch roots and a global footprint, we design, build, and integrate advanced greenhouse systems including climate control, water and energy solutions, and automation. By combining global expertise with strong local presence, we help growers worldwide achieve optimal yields in a sustainable way.

The role

As Managing Director of GreenV Mexico, you are responsible for leading and expanding our activities in the Mexican greenhouse market. You will work closely with the Technical Director and the GreenV companies in the Netherlands to deliver integrated, multiscope projects.

We are looking for a hands-on leader: someone who combines strategic thinking with operational involvement and is comfortable acting as a “working foreman” within a growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and further develop the GreenV Mexico organization, ensuring strong team performance and sustainable commercial growth.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with growers, investors, and key stakeholders in the Mexican greenhouse sector.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive profitable sales across the full GreenV technology portfolio.

• Represent GreenV within the Mexican horticultural community and position the company as a trusted and preferred partner.

• Ensure strong collaboration with the GreenV companies in the Netherlands to deliver integrated, high-quality greenhouse solutions.

• Manage local P&L, budgets, and performance metrics in line with GreenV’s global strategy and report on results monthly.

• Create and foster a motivated, high-performing team culture that reflects GreenV’s values.

Your profile

• Proven leadership experience within the Mexican greenhouse technology or related horticultural sector.

• A strong and relevant local network among growers, investors, and greenhouse developers.

• An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on, result-driven approach.

• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage.

• Ability to bridge local market dynamics with international collaboration and global strategy.

Our objective

Your mission is to grow GreenV’s presence and impact in Mexico by building a successful, connected, and trusted local organization that delivers high-value greenhouse projects in close cooperation with GreenV’s international network.

What We Offer

• A key leadership role within a growing, international organization.

• The opportunity to shape and expand GreenV’s position in one of the most dynamic greenhouse markets.

• Close collaboration with experienced, innovative teams in the Netherlands and beyond.

• Competitive employment conditions aligned with the responsibilities of the role.
